This represents the consumer policy of Bungy Holdings Singapore for online purchases.
For customers who book and pay through this website, if for any reason your activity can not take place we will offer a new booking at a time that suits. As such no refunds will be given.
Any disputes under this policy can be lodged in writing to Bungy Holdings Singapore Pte Ltd no later than 30 days following the intended booking date.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
After a confirmation of purchase, you are able to cancel and reschedule your booking within 48-hours prior to the day of your activity.
Rescheduling could only be done ONCE and subject to availability. Rescheduling is not allowed on weekends ( Saturdays & Sundays).
Refund will be processed within 10-14 banking days upon receipt of the cancellation of order.
Wet Weather Policy:
This policy is applicable ONLY for customers who are able to complete the registration and sign up of activities on our site.
AJHS can continue to operate in the rain unless there are high winds and/or lightning. This is being monitored by a specialized device in compliance with Sentosa Island safety precautions.
If any, AJHS will provide complimentary rescheduling for affected customers at NO additional cost. This could be done by issuance of a E-Return Voucher that can be redeemed anytime.
